At the 2022 5th annual Critics Choice Awards’ Celebration of Black Cinema & Television, CBCTV member Brooke Obie presented the breakout star of FX’s The Bear Ayo Edibiri with the Rising Star Award.

The awards ceremony will air on TV in 2023.
